FRASER CAMPBELL
Mitch founded CopperCairn from his desire to combine two of his favourite passions; whisky and adventure! With 15 years’ experience within the Scotch whisky industry he has worked for some of the largest brands in the world, including the likes of Johnnie Walker and Glenfiddich. These roles have taken him around the world educating and entertaining thousands of people. He has hosted training sessions, judged on international tasting panels and written articles on whisky. He is also a Keeper of the Quaich, an honour bestowed on a select number of people for their contribution to the whisky industry. Mitch is an experienced paddleboarder, winning a competition or two, and has paddled the length of Scotland from Fort Augustus to Inverness along the Caledonian Canal and Loch Ness. A keen snowboarder, he has hosted whisky tastings in some of the most renowned ski resorts in the World.

CopperCairn calls upon the skills of Fraser Campbell. Fraser is a professional whisky host and consultant with twenty-four years' experience in the hospitality and drinks industry. Born and bred in the Scottish whisky capital of Speyside, he went on to shake up his bartending career starting in his hometown of Forres taking him through the cocktail scenes in cities such as Edinburgh, Melbourne and Barcelona. For five years, Fraser travelled to over forty-five countries sharing his love for whisky as the Dewar’s Global Brand Ambassador on behalf of Bacardi Global brands. He has also founded numerous industry projects and initiatives such as The Global Bartender Exchange, Work from Bars, and Drinks Jobs. Now back in Scotland after thirteen years, Fraser continues to create experiences and share his knowledge for those wanting to know more about the diverse and delicious world of Scottish whisky.
